Gabe Willaman started working for his father, Mike Willaman, in 1991 while he was in high school during the summers, and continued on until he went into the Navy after he got an honorable discharge in 1998 he worked on the Union Pacific Railroad learning the trade from some of the best people the industry. In 2001, Gabe returned to work at Mike Willaman Railroad Construction, until his dad passed away in 2012.
